Happy weekend readers! It’s time for the next Stamper’s By The Dozen Hop of the new year! This month I am very excited about the projects as we are making projects with a touch of critter fun!
For my project, I KNEW I had to use the new Bird Banter set! I received it in my order this week and it is one of my favorite sets from the Occasions catalog! I love how whitty the set is and the birds are perfect for stacking on top of each other.
I saw this layout online and love the black, white, and yellow colors on the card. I used Daffodil Delight cardstock for the balloon which I stamped and hand cut out. For the toucan, I colored him in with Stampin’ Write markers (but you could have used the new Stampin’ Blends on him too). The patterned paper is from the Tutti Frutti 6×6 inch Designer Series Paper Stack. I sponged the sentiment in Daffodil Delight as well to give it a pop of color.
