Happy Thursday! The weekend is almost here and it’s time for another month with the Stampin’ Dreams Blog Hop!
Our theme this month is something I was super excited about, showcasing our favorite Designer Series Paper! I love our DSP with the biggest reason is that it coordinates with our core color families we have and that they are double sided and so beautiful.
For my project, I wanted to show a paper that caught my eye as soon as the catalog debuted. The See a Silhouette Designer Series Paper is bold, bright, and exactly my stampin’ style!
It was so difficult to choose the piece of paper I wanted to use because I love all of them so much, but I decided on a background that looks color splashed and like pigment powders were used. It’s such a great piece of paper, I wanted something simple so that it still would shine on it’s own.
I stamped my sentiment and flower from the Daisy Lane stamp set and used the larger sized daisy stamp and punched with the coordinating punch. I stamped it using Blackberry Bliss ink and my Blender Pen to blend the colors into the flower leaves. The sentiment was stamped in Night of Navy ink and the Clear Faceted Gems and Basic Rhinestones add a final touch of bling!
