Friday is here and it’s time for another Stamper’s By The Dozen Hop! This month I am very excited about the projects as we are creating projects From the Heart! I can’t wait to hop through everyone’s blogs to see all the different ideas as I’m sure everyone will come up with great projects!
From the Heart can mean many things but to me, anything handmade is from the heart. For my projects this month, I wanted to showcase items I made for my vendor shows I participated in this season. Tucson is a city steeped in many artists and high quality vendor shows. My first show over Thanksgiving weekend wiped out many of my items and I spend the next week working my fingers each night creating new projects to restock. These were some of my biggest sellers and I’m excited to share them with you!
I love this Hershey Kiss Christmas tree! This is such an easy project that can be pumped out quickly for mass production. These trees where my biggest seller of the season and I sold buckets of them! A definite make for next year! The tree holds nine regular Hershey Kisses and one Hershey Nugget wrapped in Early Espresso cardstock at the bottom. The best part of this is that the only part that is glued is the frame of the tree, everything else is held together by the force of the kisses!
For my second project share, I made these Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Via Instant coffee packet holders and used the Merry Cafe stamp set. This set is one of my top favorites as it coordinates with my favorite stamp and die set from the annual catalog. In October I participated in a fall vendor show and used Pumpkin Spice Via Instant packets and used the same stamp set. This show I sold all 16 of my packets and wished I had made more! I also used the pizza box from the holiday catalog as a box for some tags! I used the Painted Harvest stamp set to stamp a wreath!
