Stampers By the Dozen February 2019 – CASEing the Catalog!

Happy Saturday everyone!  The weekend is here and it’s time for another month with the Stampers by the Dozen hop!

This month is all about CASEing the catalog.  CASE stands for Create and Share Everything.  CASEing is great for new beginner stampers looking for their next creation but also for avid crafters who might just need an extra inspiration idea.  For my project, I wanted to CASE a project from the Occasions catalog using the Flowering Desert stamp set but also create a project that coordinates but that is also my own.
For my first project, I started with Mint Macaron cardstock and layered with Very Vanilla cardstock.  This project is great as it highlights our paper, inks, and stamps with no additional tools needed.  For my inks on this card, I used Mint Macaron, Old Olive, Crushed Curry, and Shaded Spruce.

My second card I used Highland Heather cardstock again layered with Very Vanilla cardstock.  For the inks on this project I used Highland Heather, Blackberry Bliss, Gorgeous Grape and Rich Razzleberry.
