Happy Tuesday crafters! It’s time for another month with the Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop group!
2021 is here and January’s Paper Pumpkin kit is always about celebrating love for Valentines Day! This month’s kit, Sending Hearts, is perfect for creating and sending handmade projects for those you love!
For my projects this month, I wanted to incorporate the Paper Pumpkin add on kit! This exclusive treat box kit is a great way to stretch your kit even further. I used the Champagne Shimmer paint to paint the entire box to change the look of it and give it some shine. I changed the color of the snail’s shell to be Poppy Parade to match my alternate project.
I can’t get enough of this scrappy technique! I love how easy it is to cut strips of patterned paper (in this case card bases) and lay them onto a piece of Basic White cardstock to create an alternating look. Super easy and paired with Brass Foil Sheets, it give makes the paper stand out even more!
Make sure to check out next blog in the hop by stopping by Debbi Green’s blog and see her alternative project! Click below to jump to her blog!
February’s kit looks to be even better when Paper Pumpkin and Stampin’ Up have created the Bouquet of Hope kit that is perfecting for sending uplifting cards in these times! Subscribe now to receive this kit by signing up by February 10th by clicking HERE!
