Paper Pumpkin Pop Up Blog Hop – Toil & Trouble

Happy Saturday everyone!  Today is my first craft show of the Holiday season but it’s time to celebrate spooky style with the Paper Pumpkin Pop Up Blog Hop today!

Double, double toil and trouble with our September Paper Pumpkin kit!  It’s all about the ghouls with this month’s treat packaging kit.  This month’s kit was huge!  It includes treat packaging for 24 bags, a spooky stamp set and a Basic Gray mini Stampin’ Spot.

Spooky!  My project this month is a simple alternate project with this month’s kit.  I started with a Pumpkin Pie card stock base and layered using Basic Black card stock.  I used the orange pumpkin die cut and flipped it upside down and used Tuxedo Memento Black ink and a Sponge Dauber on the back side of the pumpkin die to use it as a stencil.  It’s a little bit of messy project (and sometimes you accidentally sponge outside the area…oops)!

I used a piece of Granny Apple Green card stock across the card and used one of the Spooky sticky cut outs for the sentiment.  The black dots are from the Faceted Dots pack and I used the Gorgeous Grape Mini Striped Ribbon for the bow.
