Happy Wednesday everyone! The week is halfway over and it’s time for another month with the Paper Crafting Monthly Blog Hop!
With the start of the new Annual Catalog that began on June 4th we have a whole new selection of Designer Series Paper to choose from and this month we are getting to showcase those papers in our projects. For my project this month, I wanted to focus on the Mosaic Mood Specialty Designer Series which reminds me so much of the Southwest and Tucson!
One of my favorite pieces of paper in this package that I was drawn to was the sheet that had strips of different mosaic tiled pieces on it. I knew I wanted to create a project using this as my focal point and this challenge was the perfect opportunity to do so.
I started off with a Terracotta Tile cardstock base and layered using Mint Macaron, both colors are highlighted in the Designer Series Paper. I used the sheet that had rows of designs on them and cut each row out and aligned them diagonally on a piece of Very Vanilla card stock. I trimmed around the edges to make the strips straight and used the Memorable Mosaic bundle for the sentiment and coordinating punch to punch it out! A final strip of Terracotta Tile cardstock and Mint Macaron Textile Ribbon for the final touch to finish it all off!

Wow, Anastasia, your card really pops. A daring color combination that works perfectly with the Mosaic Mood Specialty Designer Series Paper. TFS Sandy
Love that you tilted the pattern to have a diagonal pattern. Neat design trick!
