Global Stamping Friends - Design Challenge Time!

Happy Friday everyone! May the ‘fourth’ be with you to all my Star Wars friends! It’s the first Friday of the month and time for another round the Global Stamping Friends Hop!

This month we have a special theme, a design challenge! I love design challenges as they literally challenge me to think outside the box and use layouts I normally wouldn’t use. Our layout for this month’s theme was created by Angelique Stempelkeuken, a Demonstrator from The Netherlands!

This layout is perfect and right away I knew I wanted to showcase the Share What You Love bundles that were released on May 1st! These bundles are perfect for any skill level crafter as there is something for Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced skills! As for the layout, I wanted to flip the script (literally!) and turn my card landscape style.

This whole project is chocked full of new and exciting supplies and another sneak peek of a returning In Color, Mint Macaron! I loved this color when it was an In Color and I’m so very happy to see it return. I used Rich Razzleberry cardstock as my base color layed with the Mint Macaron embossed with the new Lovely Floral Dynamic Textured Embossing Folder.

The patterned paper is from the new Share What You Love 12×12 inch Specialty Designer Series Paper. This paper is so beautiful and I love the subtle shimmer that some of the pages have. Love the colored doily? I used the new Pearlized Doilies that I flipped over and used the Whisper White side. I sponged it using one of the new 2018-2020 In Colors: Grapefruit Grove!

As a final touch, I used one of the small labels from the Share What You Love embellishment kit and stamped my image from the Love What You Do photoplymer stamp set using Rich Razzleberry ink! The Rich Razzleberry velvet ribbon is a great way to tie everything together.
