Colour Combo Blog Hop - November 2018

Happy Wednesday everyone! The middle of the week is here and it’s time for another round of the Colour Combo Blog Hop!

This month’s combo is all about the neutrals with Crumb Cake, Basic Gray, and Soft Suede. I love neutral color pallets and I knew I wanted to highlight the limited edition Snow is Glistening stamp set. This set is part of the Snowflake Showcase items which are available until supplies last or November 30th, whichever comes first!

I started my project out with a Basic Gray cardstock base and layered using Crumb Cake cardstock. From the stamp set, I used the medium sized snowflake to create the background with Crumb Cake ink. No Stamparatus needed!

I used Basic Gray cardstock with the scalloped oval from the Layering Oval framelits dies and using the Stitched Shapes dies, I cut the sentiment out, which I had stamped in Soft Suede. I realized after I finished my project I used some retired raindrop clear droplets but the Frosted and Clear Epoxy Droplets from the Holiday catalog would work great here as well. I colored them in using the Dark Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends marker.
