Happy Sunday everyone! I’m so excited for another month with the Colour Combo Blog Hop group!
This month is all about bright and bold colors which are right up my alley! These three colors combine Melon Mambo from the brights family, Crushed Curry from the regals family, and Blushing Bride from the subtles family!
For my project this month, I wanted to test a product out that I have had for a while but seemed too intimidating, Pigment Sprinkles! These highly pigmented powers create bold splashes of color on your paper and Melon Mambo is one of the colors!
I started off with a Blushing Bridge card stock base and spritzed a piece of watercolor paper with water and sprinkled the pigment powder over top. The more water you spritz and powder you add, the more intense the color shows through!
I stamped the daisy from the Daisy Lane stamp set in Crushed Curry ink and punched it out with the coordinating Medium Daisy Punch. The best part is these two items come together in a bundle and you can save 10%!
I finished my project off by stamping the sentiment in Blushing Bride and added a Clear Faceted Gem to tie into the shine aspect!
