Colour Combo Blog Hop – March 2019

Happy Wednesday everyone!  March is almost halfway over and it’s time for another hop with the Colour Combo group!

This month’s colors are right up my alley and I loved them together!  For my project, I wanted to highlight the Painted Seasons stamp set that is available only during Sale-A-Bration!
I loved the way this turned out!  It’s a perfect project for beginner stampers but is stepped up just a little for those more experienced stampers!

I started with a Shaded Spruce cardstock base and layered with Flirty Flamingo cardstock.  Using the three ink colors for Flirty Flamingo, Pool Party, and Shaded Spruce I stamped the floral images in a random pattern.  Next I used a little of the Braided Linen Thread for some texture.

With Pool Party cardstock and Shaded Spruce ink, I used the sentiment from the All That You Are stamp set from the Occasions Catalog and the Rectangle Stitched Shaped Framelits to finalize the project!
