Happy Wednesday everyone! June is here and it’s time for another month with the Colour Combo Blog Hop team!
When I saw the colour combo for this month’s challenge I was SO excited! These colors together are right up my alley and I knew I wanted to feature the new Stitched Nested Label Dies. These dies are probably my favorite thing from the new annual catalog and I want to use them on all my projects!
I told you I loved those dies! I started off with a Gray Granite cardstock base and cut the shapes out with Daffodil Delight cardstock. I created the pattern I wanted and glued them down. Next I used my scissors and cut along the edge to get that nice crisp line with the pattern still intact!
I used the Sailing Home stamp set for the anchor and stamped it using Gray Granite ink as well. The Silver Metallic Edged ribbon is easy to change the color to match using the Dark Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blend! I love this technique and you can literally match any project you might have!
