Global Stampin’ Friends Blog Hop – In Colors – 2018-2020 & 2019-2021

Happy Friday everyone! It’s a wonderful day off of work for me here in sunny Tucson and it’s time for another hop with the Global Stampin’ Friends blog hop group!

This month we are celebrating all our wonderful In Colors!  In Colors are five colors that debut once a year and stay for two years that compliment our core colors.  I love our In Colors and I love adding them to my projects.  For my card this month, I wanted to feature one of the 2019-2021 In Colors, Rococo Rose!

I love the Free as a Bird stamp set from the catalog and wanted to feature it in my project this month.  I started off with a Rococo Rose cardstock base and layered with the 2019-2021 6×6 In Color Designer Series Paper in the coordinating color and stamped the flower in Rococo Rose ink!

I love the Stitched Nested Label Dies (which together can bundled with the stamp set to save 10%!) and used some vellum behind the die.  I colored my bird in the Light and Dark Rococo Rose Stampin’ Blend marker and the Light Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blend marker.

  1. Love your carddesign and how you used Rococo Rose in this design. Love that color (mainly because of the name as well..hihi)

  2. Such a sweet little birdie – I love how you "grounded" it on the Crumb Cake, and also added the bow with the coordinating color. Thanks for sharing 😀

  3. Sorry I'm late…
Love the monochromaticness of your card front! It is a great way to showcase a very pretty color!
