Friday is finally here! I’m excited the weekend is almost upon us and that it’s time for another hop with the Global Stampin’ Friends!
Spring is in the air here in Tucson and our theme this month fits perfectly with the weather, flowers and leaves! For my project, I wanted to focus on a stamp set that is retiring (inset sad face here!) and one of my favorites from the Occasions catalog, Bloom by Bloom!
This project is perfect for any stamper as it focuses on Stampin’ Up’s core offerings of stamps, ink, and paper! This card was my shoebox swap from OnStage in Salt Lake City and my project for my Coffee & Cards event coming to Viva Coffee House here in Tucson on the 11th!
I started with a Night of Navy cardstock base and used the coordinating Happiness Blooms Designer Series Paper as a nice accent to the background. Next I stamped on Whisper White cardstock using Granny Apple Green, Lovely Lipstick, and Night of Navy ink. The sentiment is also stamped in Night of Navy and it’s from the Picture Perfect Birthday stamp set that coordinates so well with the Bloom by Bloom set!
The Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots are the perfect accent to add a little dimension and bling to the card!
