ICS Blog Hop – Knotty Ways

The first Wednesday of the month is here and it’s time for another edition of the Inspire, Create, and Share blog hop! This month’s theme is “Knotty Ways” highlighting ribbon from our annual catalog as well as highlighting Holiday stamp sets!

For this month’s project, I am using the Cookie Cutter Christmas stamp set!  When this set first debuted in the Holiday Catalog last year, it was one of the first items that I ordered.  I was so happy that this set carried over to the annual catalog and I get to use it another year!

This month I wanted to highlight a project that weren’t cards.  I hosted a Christmas in July class where we created these tags and tag holder box.  I used Lemon Lime Twist 1/2 inch Finely Woven Ribbon around the card box.  For the knots on the top of the tags, I used the Linen Thread to tie the bows and pull the project together.

Aren’t the little guys cute?  I love that this set has a coordinating punch so I don’t have to hand cut these cuties out!
