May 2020 Kre8tors Hop: Florals!

Happy Sunday everyone!  While the weekend may be almost over, first it’s time for another month with the Kre8tors Blog Hop group!

Today is Mother’s Day here in the US and our theme this month goes perfectly with that.  Floral projects are great for springtime!  This month I wanted to feature a favorite set of mine that is perfect for our theme, Good Morning Magnolia!
I’m normally not a floral project person but I love how this turned out!  I started with a Flirty Flamingo card stock base and layered with Basic Black card stock.  I stamped the floral images on Whisper White card stock using Tuxedo Black Memento ink and colored the flowers in using the Flirty Flamingo Combo Stampin’ Blends and Granny Apple Green Combo Stampin’ Blends.

I used the Stitched Nested Dies with a piece of Vellum paper layered with Flirty Flamingo card stock.  Using the Brights 6″x6″ Designer Series Paper, I added a strip of paper and a little gem for some shine!
